“I ordered a robe that had a special color that happened to be discontinued from the manufacturer. Instead of substituting the robe with a similar color of their choice, I received a phone call from someone at the store informing me about the situation. Not only did LaSensuals call to correct this but they also picked a robe made in a similar color which included a large variety of colors (actually nicer) from a different supplier and let me choose a substitute or opt for a refund. The replacement robe that they picked actually cost more than the original robe and they offered it to me for the same price as the original robe! They sent the link to their web page for the replacement robe via email and I chose a replacement color and ordered it through our email correspondence. The robe arrived in an unmarked shipping container in less than a week and in perfect condition. I can’t remember customer service on that level from any company. Also, the quality of the robe that I received was much better than that of the original robe that I ordered. This is a real story and I can’t say enough about how well they handled that purchase. No worries with LaSensuals because they have a great company that actually cares about their customers. Thank you again LaSensuals!”

“The personalized customer service cannot be beat! I ordered three pairs of shoes, one of which I forgot to mark the correct size. Within 30 minutes I had an email alerting me of the difference in sizes, two shoes in one size and the third pair two sizes larger than the other two. Normally most places would simply ship the order without taking the time to contact the buyer about the potential error. I was also told that one of the shoes was out of stock in the color I wanted, and I was allowed to swap the colors of one of the other shoes. And the nightgowns! The Stretch Lace & Tricot Nightgown and the Wicked Minds Long Peignoir are absolutely stunning! I had been searching all over for nightgowns such as these and could find nothing even close. And they did ‘not’ disappoint! The online pictures do not show the true beauty of these pieces. I was stunned at how beautiful they are.
